S2 "S1-style" Closing Theme

Here is Version One of my Series One closing theme using the Series Two theme arrangement. It's a little patchy as I don't have a very good "Scream" sample to use, and also the double melody at the conclusion of the Next Time and crefits themes is missing (I couldn't find a good way to bridge two samples without drawing on the original S1 theme, which sort of defied the point). Some of the transitions need work, but I'll try and iron most of the problems out come Version Two.

S2 S1 Closing v1

Anyway enjoy, and please comment this time . The screams are exceptionally bad, sorry . Maybe Danny can help?

Erm, why?

Seriously though, you guys seem to love doing "Recreations" rather than "Remixes". I'm slightly baffled on why when nothing can compare with the original?

On the topic at hand, yes, it does need a large, hot iron to flatten it (understand this in whichever way you wish to understand it ).

He just kept talking in one long incredibly unbroken sentence moving from topic to topic so that no one had a chance to interrupt him it was really quite hypnotic.

As to why, I was bored, fed the theme through a vocal remover, found that the Derbyshire elements were removed, got more bored, put it together into something resembling the Series One Closing Theme, and posted it here . So now you know. I should just make one topic to stick all my stuff in instead of making a new one every time, really...

Heh, the "Tom's Bored Creations" thread.

You should put your bored energy in creating something completely original (i.e nothing Doctor Who related ). I'd like to hear what you come up with.

I would, but I have little/no musical talent and no synthensiser/music programmes. And I wouldn't know where to start .
