I think he was, greatly. Colin is actually a very accomplished actor, it's a shame he should be best known for such a dreadful role.

But I just said that I did.

His Doctor seems to have redeemed himself in the Audio plays, however.

Ronnie Rowlands January 17, 2008 2:53 PM

yeah it was only then that Who fans thought, "shit, he was actually good."

Chris Britton January 17, 2008 4:04 PM

From what I know, baker was the least popular with fans and the team, hence why he was fired (The only actor playing The Doctor to have been so ) McCoy was seen as an Improvement but by then the quality of the series had badly diminished and the stories were unpopular. Which is why it got canceled.

Well, Colin is my third favourite Doctor......I thought he was wonderful! :P

Chris Britton January 18, 2008 7:34 PM

My top 5 are:

Tennant
T Baker
Eccleston
Davison
McCoy

Eh?? You were going on about how you hated Colin Baker before...

The less you know the better.

Ronnie Rowlands January 20, 2008 1:58 PM

That's not what he meant. He meant the less you know about the details and processes of RV being, in fact, a girl genius, the better.

Girl's mind in a guy's body. It's great, really. Except my parents think I'm gay, but technically speaking, I'm not.

Chris Britton January 21, 2008 5:21 AM

It's a testament to your genius then.

...
Did you, by any chance, get ahold of some power the Keeper of Traken normally has?

EDIT: BLAGH. Said "Keeper of the Traken".

Chris Britton January 21, 2008 3:03 PM

Maybe hes The Rani. It would certainly explain her manner in the series.
