Mhm, I'm taking note of that.

I see I'm just one of many who rated this 10 out of 10...I was dreading it initially given last years Doctor-lite Love & Monsters buthave to say with the brilliant Steven Moffat at the helm this was one of the best episodes of series 3...probably the best measure is that my housemate, who is no great Doctor Who fan but watches it when I'm around had taken it upon himself to watch it and when I came home his jaw had dropped saying it was the best he'd ever seen!

I completely agree, it was utterly fantastic. Just goes to show the Doctor-lite episode doesn't have to be a waste after all. One good friend of mine thinks that was the best episode of all three series so far!

It certainly had the best score, at least Murray didn't shit on it with overloud music like on other eps like the Lazarus Experiment.

For the umpteenth bajillion time, Murray is not responsible for the volume at which his scores are dubbed.

Perhaps he instructs his mix engineer to record the music at Absolute Zero dB? :P

Absolute 0 dB - Louder than Time Itself

That may be possible, and knowing Murray's preference for extreme bash boom wallop, perhaps probable.

We'll be using subtitles to watch Doctor Who, it'll be like reading a script.
