It is with great pleasure that I announce a very special guest for the DannyStewart.com Forums. I have contacted Doctor Who theme and incidental music composer Dominic Glynn, and he has graciously agreed to visit us here and respond to questions and comments posted by the community. You should notice a new forum, Ask Dominic Glynn, located in the Radiophonic Workshop (Doctor Who music and sound) section. Mr. Glynn has not yet joined the forums, but he should be doing so at some point in the next few days. Anyone is welcome to start posting questions or comments for him in that forum now, and I'm sure he will address them as soon as he has a chance. :)

I should not have to remind anyone that Mr. Glynn is an honored guest of the forums, coming here in his spare time only, and should be treated with the utmost respect. I certainly don't expect anyone to have a problem with that. ;)

I'll be the first to welcome him when he does come. nice to have some fame around these parts. :)

Neato! At the moment I only have one question for him, and it's probably been asked before. :P It's not neccisarily Doctor Who-related.

Being related to Doctor Who is certainly not a requirement. ;)

Maybe "ask Dominic Glynn" should be its own forum instead of a subforum in Radiophonic Workshop?

It fits under the umbrella category of Doctor Who music and sound, and I prefer to keep as few forums as possible on the main page. I'll think about this.

I'm getting mild amusement out of seeing people posting questions and not getting answered but I will probably get even greater enjoyment out of insulti- er, talking to Mr. Glynn.

He'll be here. He's a busy guy and he said he'd stop in when he could, so be patient.

And no insulting Mr. Glynn under any circumstances. Even you, RV. :P

You know what RV's like. He can insult people just by the time between blinks. :P

I'm not sure if you could exactly call Dominic Glynn 'fame'. Now if it was David Tennant, you'd be getting a little closer.

Which can probably be attributed to the fact that he has several times my lifespan in experience ;). He probably also has had formal training of some sort, of which I have had none.

Ross is right, Ronn. If there's a dispute, RV can handle it himself. Otherwise, leave it to the moderators.
