Um... wow. Just... wow.

Recurring Villain August 28, 2007 3:07 AM

What... what just happened?

Josef Kenny August 28, 2007 3:08 AM

Wow, somebody actually notices my video! It's usually got like... 1/12th the amount of viewers as all of the others.

If anybody knows the name of the song at 3:07, could you please tell me. I've had a section of it on a tape for years but I've never had any idea what it's called.

EVERY NUN NEEDS A SYNTHI

Unscare me please.

Godverdomme....

Recurring Villain August 28, 2007 6:06 AM

Run-ning in the nineties... Oh man that song is the best song ever.

Viva la internet! Your vid is like some kind of mutant YTMND.

Ben Dawson August 28, 2007 12:45 PM

Ah Missingno, the glitch pokémon...I had a lot of fun with that one...including cloning my Master Balls.

The balls are inert.

Recurring Villain August 29, 2007 1:35 AM

Ben Dawson August 29, 2007 3:34 AM

ROFLMFAO...I like playing Pokeyman...and Poker mon!!!

Josef Kenny August 29, 2007 3:35 AM

Wow. Cosby through a vocoder. It's what the world's been waiting for.:P That's the best thing I've seen all day, and it's only 9:27 in the morning!

Danny Stewart August 29, 2007 11:03 AM

That was indeed ridiculously awesome.

That's actually pretty old in internet terms, back when YTMND was the defender of the internets.

R.I.P. YTMND's golden age.

Superkid11 August 30, 2007 10:39 PM

That pretty much sums up what happens when Missingno goes wrong. :P (I always get its twin "'M" myself unless I use a Gameshark)

You indeed win many nets of the inter.
Now just make sure Missingno doesn't screw them up. :)

Ben Dawson August 31, 2007 3:58 AM

Ever caught Missingno?

[nerdy pokemon discussion]Yeah, but its not really a good idea. Even worse idea is to catch that " □□ M' □" one, which usually kills your game. If you have a gameshark you can catch all of these weird and wonderful ones like "□□ A□" which looks like a brick and has 1 attack called "□F.□T" which crashes your game when you use it, and theres also "1□M0#" which, when you catch it, continues to fight you after you have already captured it. When you capture it again, the game crashes. I think theres another one called "□8□□" or something which turns into an item in your pack called "□□ 87□", which there are x0 of. When you use it it quickly changes all of the shade palettes around and looks like a strobe light effect. Then the game crashes.[/nerdy pokemon discussion]

Pokemon sounds buggy.

Chris Britton August 31, 2007 9:12 AM

I've no time for Pokemon, granted it's a good game, i''ve just moved on, same with WoW, it was fun, but I've got other things to do :)

The old games for the Gameboy-Gameboy Color were pretty buggy, yeah. There was even a non-gameshark-influenced glitch that let you encounter pretty much any Pokemon(even glitch Pokemon!), called the "Mew Glitch", because of its most famous use.

Fortunately, the games for the Gameboy Advance, DS, and other later consoles are hardly buggy at all. :P

I caught 'M once and didn't have any problems. Even evolved into a Kangaskahn. I didn't save the game after I caught it though.... just in case. ;)
And hasn't anybody else noticed it looks like 'M and Missingno(when using their shared "sprite") have faces? It seems to have an eye, a large nose, and a mouth. Even ears/horns at the top!

Terribly buggy. As it was Game Freak's first game, there was very little bug checking, and as game boy emulators more or less didn't exist back then, there was no way to test it with ease.

And no way of patching it later on even when all the bugs were discovered!

Dark Ages, I tells ya!

or of lots of crap flash games which people play for 2 minutes and move on. And games which take longer, but are more about eye candy that playability and/or require overly restrictive copy protection systems just to play them.

Yeah, what he said!

Chris Britton August 31, 2007 1:56 PM

Yes, I have to agree, Call of Duty 2 being one of the latter.
