Paragraphs

Ok, I would like to ask why i can;t put paragraphs on posts. I just posted a joke for you all. It was nicely space out so you could all see it. But as soon as i posted, the damm thing had been change so it was all one after another. How can it stop. As i am losing my rag and need help. Thanks.

That's very strange. I will look into it over on vBulletin.com. May I ask what browser you posted that thread from? And give me a rough idea of your computer specs as well. Thanks Chris!

Chris Britton July 9, 2005 3:46 PM

Hmm. Well i am using Broadband Internet, I will have to read up on my specs.

Bajoran Rogue July 10, 2005 2:15 AM

Might it be something to do with the problem with post and reply boxes?

Ross Hendrie July 10, 2005 7:39 AM

Yeah, but that seemed to only affect Mozilla Firefox users though.

Chris Britton July 10, 2005 10:19 AM

well, i don't use Mozilla, look what happened to me.

Danny Stewart July 10, 2005 7:35 PM

No Ross, that was NOT just Mozilla Firefox. That was the whole site for any browser. Anyway, Chris, please post your specs so I can post to vBulletin.com.

*Re-attaches head* Okay Danny.

LOL. Hey, DannyStewart.com is a proud supporter of Mozilla Firefox.

Ross Hendrie July 13, 2005 9:02 AM

Yeah I know, Mozilla is a great browser, except if you´re trying to format text on an MSN Group RPG post.

EDIT: Oh, and on a little off-topic side note, does anyone know how to copy-paste on a Spanish computer?

Microsoft's problem, not Mozilla's. There are several parts of the MSN site I have found which can't be seen with anything other that IE. Wouldn't be surprised if that was just to put people off browsers other than IE.

Probably the same way you would on any other computer using that operating system, just that certain terms would be in another language. On the computer I am on just now, the hotel I am staying at's, I managed to figure out most things on I needed to figure out even though its in Italian. Most things in the menus should be in the same place. Just the keyboard that's a problem.

Thank you, Rogue. Someone had to say it. :)

Yeah but when you highlight text and right-click, no button bar opens though, so im not sure how you copy paste.

Danny, maybe you should make another Spam thread and post about how Mozilla rules so much in there lol.

Danny Stewart July 14, 2005 10:56 AM

Fine, I will. See you there.

Chris Britton July 20, 2005 8:53 AM

Just to note, the paragraph problems i had are gone now. :)

Danny Stewart July 20, 2005 11:36 AM

I think you would have been bugging me about it a bit more if they weren't. :P Besides, it was a known problem site-wide that I fixed. I don't think they could have not been fixed.

Chris Britton July 20, 2005 12:50 PM

well, you have proved yourself wrong. :P Thanks.
