There was no change in the top three, who recieved 51% of the votes from Tranceaddict members (myself included - Paul Van Dyk is God to me :)). The members of the top five didn't change either, with fouth and fifth position simply swapping.

(Members voted for their favourite five DJs over the past 12 months. First choice gets 5 points, second gets four, and so on.
My choices were:
1 - Paul Van Dyk (He's God, don't you know! And he's intelligent too.)
2 - Above & Beyond (Good stuff)
3 - Sander van Doorn (up a massive 127 this year to pos. 7)
4 - 2ManyDJs (up 28 to position 87)
5 - Airwave (another massive rise, up 129 places to finish at position 29)

Haha, depends on my mood and the time of year/day. :P

That said, I often go from rock to trance when listening to music anyway. I've been known to switch from Tiamat (dark, deep gothic prog rock) to Tiesto (one of the huge international trance DJs) with no filler (something that crosses genres (an example could be New Order (great band (omg look at these brackets!)))). :P

But yes, I am an addict of de trance. Trance and Dance music is the one genre of music that I've loved since my ears could process a melody. The first track I remember hearing and thinking "Hell yeah, dance is awesome!" is Culture Beat - Mr Vain. What a classic! :D
