Torchwood 1x05 - "Small Worlds"
Plot Summary
A withdrawn but intelligent child has her suppressed anger taken advantage of; Jack must encounter his past to defeat those responsible: fairies at the bottom of her garden. |
Meh, wasn't too good.
The end was kinda sucky too. |
I rather enjoyed it. I thought the end was good -- a pleasant change from "bad thingies, let's stop/destroy them." They really just couldn't. I found it to be an enjoyable enough episode. 8 out of 10 from me.

same here.

It's not necessarily because he let's her go. It was just a bit of an anti-climax. No drama or anything.

I thought it worked. Just me maybe.

it was good, but not the best one of all.

Sorry, I completely forgot about the Torchwood thread this week. Been very, very busy and I didn't even consider doing this. :(
I think I'm going to have to become an echo of the above thoughts. It wasn't the best, but it was still worth a watch, even if I wouldn't rush to see it again. I'm going to remain neutral on the ending front - it did make the whole episode seem a trifle pointless, but it's all they could have done I guess... 6/10 |
