Hi

Hello, everyone. My name is mark and i'm a who-aholic. Figured it's best to say hello to all on this forum with a bit of opening humor :) Anyways, back on topic, ehhhh... Hi. :D

Jez February 11, 2007 10:46 AM

Welcome Mark, stay safe. :)

Dalek104 February 11, 2007 11:20 AM

Hi Mark! Enjoy posting here! I look forward to chatting with you! :D

Ronnie Rowlands February 11, 2007 11:37 AM

Hi. But everyone knows he won't be back.

Since when did people start making 'hello' threads? When i joined I jumped straight in. Didn't bother with introductions. Mind you, I did already know Danny before I joined. Does the registration page now suggest that you say hi to everyone?

Danny Stewart February 11, 2007 12:57 PM

I want people to introduce themselves. It's why I've created a Welcome Forum. And it's actually required before you post anywhere else.

EDIT: Whoops, sorry! Welcome to the forums, Mark! And Ronn, that's no way to encourage them to stay... :P

Dalek104 February 11, 2007 1:27 PM

When I joined and said 'hi' I got a lovely warm welcome from everybody. I want everyone else to get that. :)

Ben Dawson February 11, 2007 2:52 PM

welcome to the forums, hope you enjoy posting on here.

Ronnie Rowlands February 11, 2007 3:09 PM

You mean, that all these people joining then never posting again is down to my unwelcoming personality...:P

Jez February 11, 2007 4:53 PM

Yes. :P

And RV's scent puts them off too.

Welcome/Introduction threads are commonplace among internet forums. It's considered to be polite to introduce yourself to the other members. It's also polite to welcome them, rather than say "yeah, whatever, see you in another life". :P

Ah yes, it's all coming back to me now. It's ok though, I don't hate them so much that people can't talk about it around me.:P
