Pulse of Orion site goes LIVE (plus: Three new releases)
Firstly, thanks to Danny for letting me advertise here. It's very much appreciated.
I've finally completed a website of sorts to actually distribute my music from a central location. Have a visit, take a gander, send a message. http://www.pulse-of-orion.co.nr I know it's not the most awe-inspiring website on the internet, but the Maddox-esque look does it for me. And besides, it does the job - and quite well, I must say. ;) Now on to the new tracks; these are: - Physical Memory - Maximum Output - Before Oblivion (a Morrowind/Oblivion theme remix!) Let me know what you think about them, and be sure to take a listen to the other tracks if you haven't already (I don't think I released Drawing To A Close on this site) As a side note, there might be a follow up to Before Oblivion. A kind of secondary remix. If I do decide to do this, expect it to be slightly darker in tone. :D PS - On a graphical note, the banner is actually a photograph taken by me during a powercut. At the time of taking it, I had no intention of using it as a banner! :D |
Well done, Jez! I've already spoken to you about this over PM, but I still say you've done an excellent job on both the site and your new mixes. :)
|
Thank you again Danny. Nice to know at least one person bothered to reply - despite the fact he didn't actually need to (as he explained in his own reply ;)). :P
|
You're very welcome, Jez. Now it's humiliation time. The following people have read this thread, but not had the decency to respond to it and recognize Jez's work:
MI7 Recurring Villain EDIT: Rob's name taken off the list. Thanks, Rob. ;) EDIT #2: Ronn and Dalek104's names taken off the list. EDIT #3: Ben's name taken off the list at Jez's request. ;) |
Sorry
Sorry i didnt reply to thread didnt realise what it was about
by the way Jez well done on the website , did you make that yourself good one Well done on the remix of morrowind , is this yours my brothers got morrowind always liked this theme tune thought it could be with a bit of editing it needed a bit of techno. Great track . You should be proud. |
Lol, thanks Danny. :P ;)
Thanks Robert. I've always loved the Morrowind/Oblivion theme too. Actually, as soon as I heard the Oblivion variation, I said to myself "I've just got to do something with this". And so I did. ;) Be sure to listen to the rest of the stuff too. :) |
Yes, for your information, I don't understand this kind of stuff enough to comment. I'm sure it's a good site, as you are always busy on it when I'm speaking to you on MSN Jez :)
|
I was when I was making it. :P
Now I'm busy on other stuff. You don't really have to be an expert on it to say "yeah, it looks fine" or "uh, it's shite". :P And I'm keen to hear ops on the music, not just the site. ;) |
Very well done, Jez! Before Oblivion and all of your other music is excellent. :D
The banner, and its story, is very interesting. ;) I hope it wasn't green and white during the powercut! :P Also, I'm looking forward to mumbles and groans in the The "Blah" Section. :) EDIT: A lovely array of colourful smilies up there. ^^^ |
Haha, thanks Dalek. :D
It pretty much was green and white during the powercut. It gave me a chance to try new things with the camera. I love long exposure shots. :) PS - Danny, you may take Ben off the list. He spoke to me on MSN. :) Also, an update. There's a new track that I started last night and....well, "finished" within two hours. It's short and simple and is still in version 1, but I think it'll be released by the weekend. :) |
Well done Jez!

Your site
Nice audio tracks on there, great site - keep up the good work.
|
Thanks guys. :D
I've uploaded a brand spanking new track today (Riding on the Waves). Not only that, but my TOTM for March is up there, as well as a Blah entry. :) |
