TalkerBot
 

Just for a bit of fun, I've added something new to the forums. It's called TalkerBot, and it's essentially an automated posting robot that will respond to whatever you say to it. To talk to it, simply go to the TalkerBot Forum under Forum Fun and begin posting. Hopefully this will entertain people who come on the site when no one else is around and there are no new posts for them to read. :P

NOTE: This is experimental, and I'm not 100% sure he's working yet. Please post and find out, and bear with me if I need to do some rewiring. ;)

Note: TalkerBot has been temporarily disabled while ironing out some bugs. Sorry. :(

Is that one of those 'Conversation with a computer' things? Once you get it up and running i must try :)

Yeah, that's what it is. Unfortunately he's "not feeling well" right now (a.k.a. broken) so I need to try and fix him.

My friends and I once gave A.L.I.C.E the lyrics to Sultans of Swing. She thought we were coming on to her. :D

A.L.I.C.E is an interesting sort, perhaps they ought to use HAL 9000, now that would be creepy :P

in fact, what if the forums got took over by HAL, imagine looing on and that serie voice going "Good Morning Danny."

Bots suck. When you insult them, instead of writing in all caps and crying to themselves, they just get all stuck up and force you to apologize. No fun at all.

Or they just downright ignore you.
