The leader of the bad guys(NOD) in Command and Conquer.

He's also the evil clone of Peter Parker, he has all of Peter Parkers' powers but magnified, like, instead of being able to scale walls, he can actually rip peoples faces off (that's actually his trademark) and instead of Spider-sense, can actually sense where Peter (and any other clone of his) is in the entire world.
