I hate to say it, but the only thing that's healthy to do right now is to ignore him as much as you can. Getting angry just provokes him.

RV is simply working on the idea that if you're beaten into shape now, you just might be a less annoying/better person latter on. I remember when I joined this forum, I was only like 13 or something, and I posted like a page of morse code. I didn't get picked on. Back to the times of the Theme Repository and when everybody (well at least me) went on Whomix regularly because there was a point, and the New Series didn't have the feel of dread over it that it has now, and there was some hope of perhaps something electronic coming along, and Danny wasn't yet on non-speaking terms with Mr Chuzzlewit. Good times.

Try to get through the stage where RV is pissing you off, and eventually he will hopefully stop bothering you.

Basically RV wants to show you how to be less annoying (as he did to me although it might not have worked)

And that the boards have changed a lot since new who blah blah Mr chuzzlewit argument.

Every exclamation mark after the first and only necessary one increases how much I am not going to leave you alone by a magnitude of 0.36.

I suggest trial and error. Eventually you'll work out how not to be annoying and the boards will be a better place.
