It means you're being pedantic, and by pedantic I mean "marked by a narrow focus on or display of learning especially its trivial aspects." It generally means you're very picky about the small details that generally don't matter about something. Rather like me and the Doctor Who theme, for instance. Or Doctor Who itself, I suppose.
