Very nice. That's a great melody that builds up beautifully. Towards the start, it actually reminds me of "Divide" by Tiamat and it does sound slightly gothic.
It's not over-egged either, just right in length, although the ending is slightly cheesey. It sounds like the type of song that would be hard to end any differently though.
