Don't apologise to him for his opinion.

8/10 - It was good but it was not Torchwood-ey enough for me. That said, the way The Captain (The Captain and The Doctor - every army needs a medic ) ended the affair was quite similar to the way The Doctor would have.

He just kept talking in one long incredibly unbroken sentence moving from topic to topic so that no one had a chance to interrupt him it was really quite hypnotic.
