Nintendo consoles are usually the best of the bunch, quality hardware and first-party software-wise. It really depends how successful the Wii is further on into it's lifespan how much 3rd-party support it will continue to have.
I'm going to buy one when a. I have enough money ($400AU
) and b. They release a kick-ass FPS on it.
