Recreated another, longer cue from Torchwood - the funky one from the first episode that plays when they first arrive at the murder scene, and when you see Jack standing randomly on the tall building.
I've called it "Who Is Captain Jack?"

I used EWQLSO, Minimoog V, FM8, CS-80V and two samples from
http://freesound.iua.upf.edu/ which I treated to make the "aaaaaaaaH" sound and the crashing sound heard most prominently at the very end.
