Agreed, it would have really made at least one interesting story line at a later date to have the Human-Dalek race causing mischief in the future (the human side will just add to their determination to conquer...espcially as they picked NYers! )

He just kept talking in one long incredibly unbroken sentence moving from topic to topic so that no one had a chance to interrupt him it was really quite hypnotic.
