Nope. Logic Pro supports VST synths, Logic Express does not. But the VSTs that Logic uses are Mac VSTs, which are .vst files. They go in /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VSTs and they are most definitely .vst files -- .dll files don't work.
They're still VSTs, though, just in a different wrapper.

Not really... just because they have Intel processors doesn't make them PCs. They're still exclusive Apple hardware, and they still run Mac OS X. That's my criteria... they're still Macs.
