You do understand how ISO files work, right? They are CD images. You do not simply put the ISO onto a disc -- you use a burning program to write the contents of the ISO to a disc. An ISO file is an exact image copy of a disc. You can ignore the .nfo file -- but you may want to check and see if there's a key in there. (Open it with Notepad.)

Umm, sure. With Boot Camp, you could just unplug the wire or not connect it to your wireless access point or what have you. With Parallels, you can simply disable the network interface.
