Get your games right. If anything it's a ripoff of Prince of Persia, and it really isn't even that when you look beneath the surface. AC is more like a hybrid of PoP, Hitman and Grand Theft Auto - it even has a little bit of Oblivion in there.
It would be more accurate to say it's
inspired by these games, as it's hardly a ripoff; the crowd mechanics, free running/parkour elements, the scale-any-wall-with-handholds mechanics and even it's setting (the holy land during the crusades) do more than enough to set it apart from any game made before it.
