Sounds like a batch file used to uninstall the software. Batch files are essentially groupings of commands that can all be run in sequence by running the batch file itself. (They are Windows only.) Going line by line, I would say it is removing your Best of Entertainment games by running the uninstaller, then removing the folder they came in, then removing itself.
