It's telling your computer to delete Z:\bowep\disk1\Uninstal.exe, then check if Z:\bowep\disk1\Uninstal.exe still exists. If it does, then it deletes Z:\bowep\disk1\Uninstal.exe and keeps checking to see if it's deleted until it's deleted, then it does something else, then deletes itself.
Don't quote me on that, I'm just guessing.
