Well, I would have to say Colossus, but it's likely not what you're looking for... it's 32 GB and it comes with a whole bunch of stuff that's not choir. (See
here for the full list.) It does, however, come with both male and female annunciations of almost all vowel sounds, and it's how I do everything choir-related these days.
