You're a bit late on that, RV's already called himself those things. He makes fun of himself too you know.
I understand why it gets to you, I used to get pissed at things like that too. Try looking at it this way: All he is is saying things to you on the internet that bear you no physical harm. It's not worth getting pissed about because getting pissed just makes you feel worse. This is why whenever I get angry at something it subsides very quickly, unless it's really bad. Things said to me on the internet don't even scratch the surface. (Now if only I could do that with worrying too. I swear, if worrying were profitable I'd be loaded.)
As Danny's said, being able to take things like that in your stride is a very very good ability to have, and I suggest working on it.
