So there was a working prototype. But as its bigger then i suppose there is room for more space! They can fit a bigger HDD in the ipod touch it just takes a while to develop, its happened with all the other ipods!

Trust me. I can be classed as something of an Apple expert. I read Apple news and rumor sites on a daily basis. There is no such machine in the works at this time. Apple keeps their upcoming product line
extremely secret. They would not show off a prototype of anything to a magazine or any other outside source. They do not make announcements or revelations of new products pretty much until the day of release. I would not put any stock in what that magazine is saying. It is almost certainly either a fabrication, or you have simply misunderstood the article. Some people enjoy making fake Apple product designs -- perhaps it was one of those. Either way, what you saw is not true.
