Just off the top of my head, I'm leaning towards NZ because it's
a. not connected to the US and
b. I've heard that NZ has one of the most intelligent populations in the world (will look this up later to verify).
On the other hand, I'm interested in working in the games industry, and in Canada the games industry is one of the best (best as in quality) in the world.
I'll do more research and get back to you guys with what I find.
