Which B vitamin is that? Like I said earlier, I think I read that Seaweed has an abundance of B12...
I don't like the idea of using supplements. Those are pills. I have a fear that pills like that tend to do harm as well... like shutting off your body's ability to synthesize vitamins or something.
Oh and I did read an article about chickens being kept as pets. Farm animals still have a lot going for them even if they no longer are a meat source.
