Ah, good then. Still, if what I've read is true, introducing seaweed into salads should definitely replace the need for supplements. That is truely an all-natural non-meat eating way to live.
I seriously sound like a tree-hugger right now don't I?

But there are some downsides. I read that use of tofu can cause unnatural estrogen production in the body. I remember reading there was a way to fix it but I don't remember that article very well.
