Not sure on the tofu thing, but you don't need to eat it either.

Soy, tofu, etc... Don't forget all the other beans, grains, fruits, veggies.. so many options.

Certain types of blue algae, algae, seaweed, etc are classified as "super foods" because they contain so many good things for you it's retarded.

Mixing them into a food, salad, or even a health shake would be a very smart idea. I've recently tried some myself and love the stuff. My energy level has gone through the roof as well, eating differently.
