Well, for starters, you don't even
use iChat, so I don't really see how that helps.
Although anyone who uses AIM can take advantage of the audio chat functionality (as long as they're using an audio chat compatible client like AIM or iChat -- Adium is out, sadly), and as long as one person is using iChat, then that one person can record it.
