Sober Album Theme
I have attempted to recreate the Album Version of the Doctor Who theme using...um... normal samples. ie, taking the existing themes (Series One and Series Two) and putting them into the same arrangement as the Album Version.
It's hard to explain exactly what I was trying to do so here's the theme: Doctor Who Album Theme: Sober Version
Enjoy . If someone could get me a better version of the Derbyshire "Woo-oo" bits (I had to take these raw from the Series One theme) I would improve it .

Way to use the proper terms. How many times do I have to correct you?
MELODY.
Oh, and glad I was able to help you out, MI7.

I never use that term. I used to before I invented the proper terminology. The entire melody line is referred to as the melody. That section is called "melody 1," the next section is called "melody 2," and the middle section is called the bridge.

James Brown: "Lets take it to the bridge!"
I like the idea of Music theorists everywhere not having a word for "ooo-eee-ooo" until Danny came up with "Melody".

He just kept talking in one long incredibly unbroken sentence moving from topic to topic so that no one had a chance to interrupt him it was really quite hypnotic.

LOL, Jez. The buck stops with me when it comes to the Doctor Who theme.
