I read your PM, but surely there needs to be some guidelines. Satire and offensiveness are closely tied, despite RVls comments, even if they were light hearted, can be taken the wrong way, i know this may have been by me, but i serve to back up my point.

Yes, they can be taken the wrong way -- however I hardly believe that's the fault of the person who originally posted the remarks. It's not his fault if people aren't prepared to accept that he's joking. Especially with RV -- everyone on here should be familiar with the fact that RV is rarely serious now.
