Metallica tour
In light of their new album 'Death Magnetic', Metallica are going on tour to support it. One of the stops is at Newcastle's Metro Radio Arena (where I saw the now on hiatus Foo Fighters), they will be playing there on March 3rd (I think), and I hope to get standing tickets to see them, the tickets come out on Friday, and that's when I'll be trying to get my ticket.

Oh cool! My friend went to see them in Ireland see them in Ireland and said it was awesome. Their pyrotechnic displays are supposed to be stunning!

Metallica will literally sell out in minutes. Your best chance would be phoning their ticket centre.
Guaranteed you'll get one on eBay, just dont expect a fair price.

Yeah, camping outside their ticket office.
On the subject of tours, Oasis are doing a stadium tour of the UK next year supported by Kasabian and The Enemy. Sounds pretty sweet.

Awesome, for people who like Oasis, I'm not a massive fan, so I wouldn't go and see them, but that is pretty sweet.
