Well I feel considerably stupid.
Okay, so before I say anything my DS was used when I got it, which was around last April. Whenever Pokemon D/P came out...
Anyway, today I went to a game store at my mall. I asked the guy there if he had any spare DS styluses to sell because my DS didn't come with one. (or so I thought). He dug around in a drawer and gave me one, said I could have it for free. I thanked him and left.
When I got home I got out my DS... then I saw that little button-looking thing on the back of it. I never really figured out what that was... I fingernailed at the bottom of it... and a stylus popped out.
Let's recap. I've had this DS for WELL OVER A YEAR now and I NEVER noticed the stylus. I always assumed it was just a useless button or something... so I just went on to think that it didn't come with one. And I JUST NOW found it. I feel stupid. At least I got the new one free... thinking of taking it back but it couldn't hurt to have a spare...
EDIT: Posted this in my blog... not sure why I didn't do that in the first place... man I'm really off today.

You see, from both of my parents I've inherited this magnificent ability to not notice things that are right in front of me. :p

SUPERKID IS A HERMIT FACED MORON
Really? It's a good thing people don't insult you to your face for no reason, or you'd really look a fool.
