He's A Pirate
I've started work on a remix of this fantastic piece from Pirates of the Caribbean, by the brilliant Klaus Badelt.

This is partly due to a slight disappointment in Tiesto's remix*, although coincidentally, it can now also be partly due to the release of POTC 3 this week.

Expect a release within the week. I've spent about five or six hours on the track today, plus about three last night. This means that the actual bulk of the song is done, I just need to sequence it and make it into a track, rather than just a few patterns on a loop.

*it has it's good parts but it's not what I would have done.....then again, I'm not exactly Tiesto am I!

He just kept talking in one long incredibly unbroken sentence moving from topic to topic so that no one had a chance to interrupt him it was really quite hypnotic.

I tried remixing it, too. I can't get the notes right. I can get it to sound similar but it's always a little off.

Be interesting to see if you can get it.

Im not bothering to go and see Shrek 3. The first one was funny first time round, and the second I gave up after about a half hour cause it just wasn't funny.

Second time this year, in fact O__o. I actually went and saw 300 just to yell "THIS IS SPARTA!" The power of internet memes.

The cinema was running a marathon of all 3 pirates movies movies so some friends and I went to see them.

9 hours of piratey awesome.
