Alternative Remix of The Black Pearl (unfinished)

In contrast to RV's techno dance thingy remix of The Black Pearl (very professional-sounding, I'm seriously impressed!) I've gone down the route of "orchestra plus a few token synthy bits"... At the moment I've just done the "exciting bit".

Now for the usual instrument list:
Synth Bass: FM8
Synth Lead: FM8
Synth bibbly bits (quite faint): Minimoog V
Pad (start of track): CS-80V
Orchestra: EWQLSO Silver
Effects: Waves Metaflanger and RVerb

And finally the linky: http://marinedalek.co.uk/files/blackpearl2.mp3

ie. I used the multiband compressor and prayed to Science that it wouldn't spaz out on me.

As for your rendition of this fine piece of music, I must say that you did an excellent job with it considering you used the EWQLSO Silver package. I'll save any further critique for the full version.

Murray would be proud.

Silver is not as bad as you think it is. Both Pete and I are able to get quite good results out of it. You seem to be the only one who can't.

Maybe we should turn the site into an everything remix site.

This site is not strictly Doctor Who oriented.

It's "Whatever-the-hell-Danny-likes-as-it-has-his-name-on-it" oriented.
