LIES!!!

... I'm afraid I'm also in that minority. I've had three computers with XP on them and I've rarely had any problems. And the ones I've had are usually related to entropy or a hardware malfunction rather than Windows.

(Though my mom and dad went through hell using ME.)

But I'm still switching to Mac because of Vista, the awesomeness, and there are a lot of very satisfied reviews.
And the iMac makes me horny.

Nuff said.

Hardware malfunction wouldn't break stuff on a Mac.

Oh, and also, I think the deeper you get into Windows, the less reliable it is. I believe you're a pretty surface-level user, Superkid, so that might explain it.

Oh, what, so that's your excuse for Microsoft? That it's true of most things? Forgive me... I just like an operating system to be consistently reliable and don't think "most things break when you screw with them" is an acceptable excuse.

Yeah, except none of those are relevant, because I'm not doing anything overly complicated or ridiculously stupid. I'm simply working with the computer to the extent that I need in order to do what I do on the computer. Sure, it's more advanced than Average Joe Home User, but it's not hacking into the registry and chopping out keys at random. It's just normal use for me, and Windows has shown me time and time again that when I really need stability and reliability, I cannot count on it to deliver.

That is extremely well said. A good computer does not have program clashes or show illegial operations for stupid reasons. Windows constantly shows time and time again it's issues. It's hard to relax around ti because you feel like any second it;s going to pack up on you. Im sure a lot of people have wanted to chuck it out the window at times. Sadly a lot of people are stuck with it. Trust me, if i could buy an Mac i would do so.

Never wanted to chuck my computer out the window due to Windows. For loads of other stuff that is unrelated to the OS, yes, but never Windows.

Well, if that "loads of other stuff" were running on a different operating system, perhaps it would not have resulted in such urges.

Oh, and Ubisoft suck.

Infact, there are noob hackers too. My mate's Vista installation got corrupted because he was hacked. The hacker was nooby enough to leave his IP on a system log. MS fixed the Vista issue for him and then asked my mate to send them the IP = LOL.

Get your games right. If anything it's a ripoff of Prince of Persia, and it really isn't even that when you look beneath the surface. AC is more like a hybrid of PoP, Hitman and Grand Theft Auto - it even has a little bit of Oblivion in there.

It would be more accurate to say it's inspired by these games, as it's hardly a ripoff; the crowd mechanics, free running/parkour elements, the scale-any-wall-with-handholds mechanics and even it's setting (the holy land during the crusades) do more than enough to set it apart from any game made before it.
