Lucky for some then Jamie. Tell us how it goes

I am also wondering how they will get away with next weeks episode. It reminds me of a Star trek Episode which covered this. Next weeks will be great, or fail badly.

There seems to be a rather strong hatred of the Valiant brewing. Even though it was part of that horrible ending of season 3, I think it can still rock in future episodes, as demonstrated on Saturday.

Also, I meant to say that UNIT did rock in this, especially the Colonel. The only fault was that kiss between the two officers, which had RTD written all over it.

I agree that it can be used well. In fact, I said that it was used extremely well in this case. I only wish it had a better introduction.

Agreed. I was so tempted to edit that scene out.

It was right at the end, the Colonel and that female officer who was directing the Nuclear Launched engaged in some fraternization. I hated that bit as well, it spoiled the whole moment, way too corny.

As stated above. I hate the Valiant because it feel like it has been ripped off. I know thats quite likely not the case but it just feels like it.

So long as the new series never drops to the depths of the Doctor being half human then the series will never be "'THAT" bad!
This series does seem to be improving greatly and Donna is actually proving to be quite a refreshing and much needed change from the usual type of companion. The Part with Donna being stuck in the Tardis was brilliant gave you a real sense of how worried and lonely she was.
At least they haven't killed off the Brig (sorry Sir Alistair) he appears to be in Peru no doubt hunting Paddington Bears.
The Sontarans were fantastic far far better than their last 2 apperances that were even at the time noted for being rather poor costumes and acting.
The Valiant was used much better this time but was effectivley a large fan with a gun, they had three of those guns in the middle of london left over from the Chrismas Invasion anyway!
I quite agree they should'nt have shown the next week trailer it would have been far better and more shocking for the Tardis just to take off on it's own.
Still we will all be glued to the set next week or asap.
