Well, I think there is plenty to speculate. I mean, we all knew that the Master was coming back at the end of the last series, we were still always thinking about how it tied in with earlier references. I guess I am the only one who is intrigued as to how things as early as series one link to this finale.

By the way guys, in the UK, the bees are actually "disappearing" (i.e. reducing in numbers). Could just be a RL reference (heaven forbid a minor detail not have any relevance to future/past episodes)

To be honest, I don't think there were references to this seasons ending as far back as season 1, I think RTD is running out of ideas, so is hastily coing up with a REALLY far-fetched storry like that/

It'll probably just be a few scattered phrases that happen to fit in with his plan for this season.

Did you notice my new message beneath my name Danny?
Even HAL wants RTD out.
Ross is right - the UK is a silly place at the moment. We desperately need a change of government (but that'll be for another thread )
I hate wasps. I don't care for bees much either but I don't mind getting attacked by a single bee because I know it'll only do it's worst once.

I'm always amazed about the amount of friends I have in the US who really want to come to Britain to live, and despite saying the weather is bad and rebellious youths run around the place by cancer I admire thier devotion.
You ever come over here Danny and I would welcome you and help you to settle in! Since you have seen England before that gives you all the more reason to come over sometime.

Well we don't know yet, do we. And RTD has said that this series has been seeded for over 3 years. Well I think it'll be epic. I don't understand why everyone is being so cynical. It depresses me.

Why do i suddenly get a sense of dread then even after he leaves he's got the next ten series planned out and if the new dev team down not comply then there will be heavily built guards clothed in black with heavy whips and BBC wales has become a slave labour camp?

And you believe that RTD says? lol
We should all have learned by now to treat everything he says with due skepticism. Which is a lot.

Ok Ross. Lets bet a week of slavery to each other. If there are no references or major links to the last 3 series, I will eat my hat and post it on youtube. If there is, I will then think of some fantastic and humiliating way for you to reimburse your debts. Deal?

Wimp. 2 years ago you would have bet your arse on a silver platter that Davros would return in the finale. Just as well you didn't though, because you'd have nothing to defecate with nowadays!

And Ronnie would have had something else to sit on no doubt And a free platter to auction off EBay.

Well here's something to think about. First letters in "Bees are Disappearing." 'B', 'A' and 'D'. I wonder if there's a wolf involved...
