Well, I would immediatly tell my friend Rob, see what he thinks. But i would go with option 1, I would invite him along, along with all my other friends, then I'd set the co-ordinates and visit everybody on the forums and ask an all important question. Then, I would do more than just go round and telling RTD what I think, I'd freak him out more. I would materialize the Tardis and dematerialize around where he is, so that he could here it but never see it. Then eventually, get myself a Dalek I can actually step inside, along with the ring modulator, and pay him a visit as a Dalek, seriously scaring him. Then I'd pop out from inside, and introduce myself as...a very dissapointed friend, and then ramble on about how he was destroying my ethos. Then I'd draw up a strict set of guidelines for him to follow for writing...and recommend a couple of people for music.

How to outsmart a Dalek:
1. Somehow knock it over. Bribing a Judoon would help.
2. Listen to it scream, "BALANCE HAS BEEN LOST! BALANCE HAS BEEN LOOOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSTTTT!"
3. Watch it try to elevate to regain its "lost balance".
4. Enjoy the explosion as it elevates... straight into a nearby tree.:D (It's still on its side.)

That method, Judoon included, will be demonstrated in one of my fanfics on whofic.com. It will either be State of Insanity, Attack of the Daleks, or Onslaught of the Titans.

How to outsmart a Cyberman:
1. Read it Lewis Carroll's poem Jabberwocky.

The sheer illogicality of that poem will probably fry its brain.

That will appear in either Death to the Cybermen or Terror on Florauna.
