New Emoticon Requests
This was brought up in another thread, nice as out current emoticons are, I feel that we need another variation on a couple of them
1) The "Rolling eyes" emoticon. I think we also need one that shows frustration. "*sigh*, here we go again." One would suggest putting a sad face under the eyes rather than a happy one.
2) The "Wink" emoticon. The current one, to me, says "I've got my eye on you bucko." There should also be one that says "Don't worry, I won't tell anyone." Like a cheeky wink.
Hope this helps.

James is working on a new set of emoticons for the site. Once we get some replacements for the default set, we can start thinking about additional ones.

I would say any IM client that doesn't let idiots set commonly used words as flashing pictures is pretty good.
I imagine Apple did that on purpose.

I had that "lol" slideshow on windows.
You can't set emotions on msn:mac, well at least i haven't found a way to yet!
I expect you don't go on msn much, as you have no one to talk too, either that or your one of those saddo's who keeps regular checks on their friend count!
Slideshow emotions can be good for long winded stuff uch as:
GET/BACK/IN/YOUR/CARAVAN/PIKEY then a pic of a caravan and other such classics (please note RV that isn't directed at you)

Like I said, that's a good thing.

I'm on right now, I have 223 contacts and only talk to about 20 of them.

I find MSN for mac is very basic and not "bloated" as you always put it. I'd have thought it was right up your alley.

Looks fairly bloated to me.
And even if it is as basic as you say, it's still a Microsoft product running on a Microsoft network and I wish no part of it.

I haven't looked at it close enough yet. Its so annoying you can't use webcam even though its built into the Mac!
I think theres a better version called AMSN or something like that!

That's your computer's way of saying: "You idiot, don't post your picture on the internet!"
