Erm...HELLO, it WAS a 60's Doctor Who serial, with CGI these days things could look so much better.

That doesn't change the fact that the Zarbi were pretty much bipedal picnic ants.
(I really have no right saying that though since I never saw the episode. )
The more I think about it the more I'd love to see the Wirrn in action again. If only just a cameo, like a group of them flying past a ship.

I know hes not really a Monster, but one thing i would love to know is the fate of Davros, in some extent or form, he was last seen in an escape pod and that was it. I wonder if his fate can be established.

I hope they establish it too -- "he's dead and never coming back" would be my goal.

Agreed, Davros was crazy and ultimately useless to the daleks.
If he were to come back alive though I'd rather he were involved with something other than the daleks. No daleks, just Davros doing his thing.
But for all it's worth I bet he just died in the time war.

You know, I scrolled rapidly down the page and could have sworn I saw Justin Lee-Collins in Ross' avatar.

He just kept talking in one long incredibly unbroken sentence moving from topic to topic so that no one had a chance to interrupt him it was really quite hypnotic.

Davros was a fantastic character who, while weak in his encore Destiny performance and also arguably off in Resurrection, is a criminally underrated character in both Revelation and Remembrance. He's one of my favourites and he should definately see a return in the near future. They've left it wide open, with Dalek Caan being the last ever last last ever Dalek ever again.

In my opinion, Davros was only good in Genesis. He worked perfectly as a one-off character.

Yeah Danny is right, he was brilliant for that arc. Now that we have the benefit of hindsight, it would have been better to get rid of Davros then.

Davros' story was concluded in the Big Finish audio play Terra Firma, which starred Paul McGann

However, the Big Finish audio plays, despite having the 5th through 8th Doctors and starring many of the actors and actresses who where on the show, the canonicity is unclear. So Davros' fate is still open.
I'm sorry if I did put this topic off topic, i mentioned Davros as I just want closure on his fate, although i would only want him back one, so I do agree with you, it just ties up the loose ends of his story

None of the audio adventures have been proven uncanon though now have they?

Well, it's really up to the individual. Some people take them as canon and some don't. I personally view the audios as more canon than, say, the books, but that's just me.

Danny is right, seeing as the audio plays have orginal actors. But thats not just it
I guess if i had to pick a specific monster or set of monsters. I would love to see the ice Warriors back. Given now nicely done the Cybermen and Daleks were done for this revival, I bet the Ice warriors could be pulled off well

Ice Warriors would be good, but I'd love to see new series Sontarans as well.

I'd like 'em both.
Now, would you condider Dimensions in Time canon just because it had the actors in? But true, it would be nice to be able to accept the audio stories for canon.

You all are horribly misconstruing what I said. I said I considered them more canon. Not canon, just more canon. And I didn't even give a reason -- I said nothing about actor involvement.
