Torchwood 1x03 - "Ghost Machine"

Plot Summary

Agreed. It was hard to decide between 9 and 10 but I settled on 9 just because I have to be extremely careful with the 10 rating.

Settled on 9 aswell because then I wont have a special rating for brilliant episodes.

Good episode, interesting plot. Loved the sort of old fashioned element to it. Also, ive decided I love the train station set aswell.

Bingo! And thus the light bulb turns on and Ross understands the meaning of the 10 rating.

Agreed! Very well done and well realized by the production department.

The Ed Morgan character is at last the proof we need that the Doctor is a pervert.

Oh and Jack being asked if it got lonely at night, when he has the Doctors severed hand on his desk...well that just made my day really .

Yeah I haven't had my pills today, sorry.

The episode was pretty good though. Better than the second I thought (a sex alien? That seems awfully contrived...). Though the whole "Where did it come from?" "Uh, teh Rift" excuse for things actually being in CARDIFF of all places will no doubt be wearing thin on me by the end of the series I think. At least in Doctor Who the aliens/whatever had a reason for BEING there.

I TOLD you all the Doctor was a pervert!

His resemblance to Ed Morgan is uncanny....I wonder if it's just coincidental or an in-joke by the costume department.

I forced him to vote, hoping that wouldn't draw any attention. And I'm afraid he can't.

He just kept talking in one long incredibly unbroken sentence moving from topic to topic so that no one had a chance to interrupt him it was really quite hypnotic.

*Officially the most likeable person since the last one*
