It is, and it's been ages since I've seen it, too. I do find it amusing that their massive galactic invasion force is 10,000 Daleks, where as their invasion force for Earth in "The Parting of the Ways" is 400,000 of them.

As our base blows up, the remaining team of Dalek soldiers activates their long-awaited research project: a time machine. They reverse the flow of time and return to a point where Ross had not built up his forces, and proceed to take out Ross's forces with the greatest of ease.

*As Danny goes back in time, Ross sends an army after them into the time machine with a mission to eliminate Danny. As the future is destroyed the amy makes it through and annihilate Danny. The future is restored.*
